Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products or services.

Follow up on leads and maintain an active pipeline.

Explain product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.

Address customer questions and resolve any objections or concerns.

Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM software.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
Follow a provided script while tailoring the conversation based on customer needs to close sales.


Requirements:

Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role
Confident and energetic phone presence.

Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
