Job Title: Telemarketing Executive

Qualification: Graduate

Experience Required: 0 – 6 Months

Age Criteria: 18 – 35 Years

Salary Structure:

Fresher: ₹20,000 CTC per month

Experienced: 20% hike on last drawn salary (based on performance and experience)

Language Proficiency:

Mandatory: Fluent in Kannada

Preferred: Basic proficiency in English (verbal and understanding)

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and promote products/services.

Clearly and effectively communicate product details and benefits.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Follow up with leads to convert into successful sales or appointments.

Meet and exceed assigned sales or call targets.

Required Skills:

Strong verbal communication in Kannada.

Basic command of English.

Ability to handle customer objections and build rapport.

Target-driven approach and positive attitude.

Basic knowledge of telephone etiquette and CRM tools (preferred).
