VASP Infotech is a growing IT solutions provider specializing in tech-enabled surveillance, automation and communication solutions. We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telecallers/Telesales Executives to join our team and contribute to our sales growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell VASP Infotech’s services/products.

• Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.

• Explain the features and benefits of the services offered.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Maintain a database of customer information and follow-up regularly.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and stress in a fast-paced environment.

• Confident, enthusiastic, and persuasive.

• Basic understanding of IT services/products is a plus.

• Proficiency in Hindi, or any regional language as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.

• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
