Job Description
Position: Tele-Sales Executive Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore Working Days: 6 days a week Shift: Day rotational shiftRoles and Responsibilities:• Make outbound calls to customers and gather feedback regarding our services.• Identify and categorize customers as interested or non-interested based on conversations.• Generate qualified leads in accordance with sales protocols.• Handle incoming calls, resolving client concerns with patience and a positive attitude.• Maintain accurate and detailed call logs for both inbound and outbound calls.• Build and nurture positive relationships with prospective clients.• Adhere strictly to information security and confidentiality guidelines.Requirements:• Education: PUC (Pre-University Course) or any graduate degree.• Experience: 0 to 5 years in telesales or a similar customer-facing role.• Strong computer proficiency.• Comfortable interacting with diverse cultural backgrounds.• Effective communication skills adaptable to various scenarios.• Strong interpersonal, research, and record-keeping capabilities.• Healthcare domain experience is a plus.
