We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at Vedapro Ayurvedic. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹13000 - ₹25000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Call potential or existing customers to inform them about Vedapro Ayurvedic products
Understand customer health concerns and recommend appropriate Ayurvedic solutions
Effectively communicate product benefits and usage as per Ayurvedic principles
Convert inbound leads and cold calls into confirmed sales
Maintain and update customer database (CRM)
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Handle customer objections, queries, and follow-ups professionally
Coordinate with dispatch and support teams to ensure order fulfillment
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently handle customer inquiries
Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the wellness, health, or Ayurvedic sector
Excellent verbal communication skills in hindi, also basic english.
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
Basic understanding of Ayurveda is a plus
Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
Proficient in using CRM software and call management tools.
