Job Overview:

FlyTalk Academy is looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller – Telesales Executive to join our admissions team. The role involves connecting with potential students, explaining course details, generating leads, and converting inquiries into admissions. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain aviation, hospitality, and other academy courses.

• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and walk-ins.

• Counsel students and guide them through the admission process.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets.

• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.

• Handle inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.

• Schedule walk-ins and ensure follow-up until admission is completed.

• Coordinate with the counsellor and sales team for smooth admissions.

• Represent the academy with professionalism and maintain a positive brand image.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum HSC Pass; Graduation preferred.

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales / telecalling / customer service (preferred).

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry).

• Must be open to a 6-day working shift.
