Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telesales Executive to connect with potential clients, understand their marketing needs, and offer our digital marketing and creative services. The ideal candidate should be confident, performance-oriented, and have a strong understanding of client communication and sales closure.

Key Responsibilities

·       Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company.

·       Understand client requirements, marketing goals, and business challenges.

·       Present and sell our Social Media Marketing and Performance Marketing Packages based on client needs.

·       Explain the benefits of our core services: Social Media Marketing (adorable video reels), Website Development, SEO Services, and Video Production.

·       Follow up with potential leads systematically and close deals efficiently.

·       Maintain accurate call logs and lead data in CRM.

·       Coordinate with creative and marketing teams for client onboarding and smooth service delivery.
Requirements

·       Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telesales, business development, or digital marketing sales.

·       Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

·       Strong persuasive ability and confidence in handling clients over phone/video calls.

·       Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and energetic personality.

·       Familiarity with digital marketing services will be an added advantage.

💰 Fixed Salary: Based on experience and interview.
