1. Job Objective
To connect with students/parents and convince them to register for the NGO’s educational quiz program so that children can receive subject-wise performance reports identifying their strengths and weaknesses.
2. Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to students/parents for quiz registration under the NGO initiative.
Explain the purpose and benefits of the quiz – especially how it helps identify weak subjects through a detailed performance report.
Convince students/parents to complete the registration.
Handle follow-up calls to convert leads into registrations.
Maintain daily records of calls, leads, and conversions in Excel/CRM.
Achieve monthly and weekly registration targets.
Provide feedback on student/parent responses to the management.
3. Required Skills
Excellent communication & convincing ability.
Ability to explain educational benefits simply and clearly.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools).
Patient, polite, and target-oriented.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
4. Experience
0–2 years in telecalling, inside sales, or education counseling preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
5. Qualification
Graduates preferred.
