Product Pitching: Explain various loan types, interest rates, repayment tenures, and processing fees clearly.
Business Loan (BL): Focus on working capital, expansion, and machinery loans.
Personal Loan (PL): Focus on debt consolidation, medical emergencies, or travel.
Document Collection: Guide customers to submit essential KYC documents, bank statements, and income proofs.
File Processing: Coordinate with the credit and underwriting teams to fast-track loan approvals and disbursals.
Relationship Management: Maintain post-disbursal relationships to encourage repeat lending or upselling
Key Requirements
Education & Experience: Typically a Bachelor's degree (Commerce/Business preferred) or 12th pass with proven tele-calling experience.
Financial Literacy: Strong understanding of credit scores, interest rates (Fixed vs. Reducing Balance), and EMI calculations.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and active listening skills in local languages (Hindi, English, etc.).
