Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic Telesales Executives to promote and sell insurance products over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining policy benefits, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential customers through outbound calls.
Explain insurance products and policy features.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable plans.
Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.
Follow up with interested prospects and existing customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

12th Pass/Graduate.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience in telesales, telecalling, or insurance sales preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
