Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Consultant to join our dynamic tour and travel company. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling travel packages, tours, and related services over the phone to prospective and existing customers. Your goal will be to drive sales, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a smooth booking experience for travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell tour packages, flights, hotels, and other travel services.

• Respond to inbound inquiries regarding travel products and services.

• Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable packages or tailor-made options.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs (calls per day, conversions, etc.).

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, leads, and bookings in CRM software.

• Provide accurate information on travel itineraries, pricing, availability, and policies.

• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with repeat customers.

• Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and promotions.

• Handle objections and close sales professionally.

• Collaborate with the reservations and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
