Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget

  • Plan and book domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, tours, cruises, and transportation

  • Design customized tour packages and itineraries

  • Provide accurate information on destinations, visas, passports, travel insurance, and health requirements

  • Handle reservations, ticketing, cancellations, and changes

  • Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and tour suppliers

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and travel regulations

  • Resolve customer issues and provide support during travel if required

  • Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and destination knowledge

  • Maintain client records and process payments and invoices
