6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales or a similar outbound calling role
The Telesales Associate will be responsible for promoting and selling digital healthcare plans and value-added services through outbound calling. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to understand customer needs, and the drive to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Promote and sell digital healthcare plans and services to prospective customers via outbound calls.
Understand customer health and financial needs to recommend suitable plans, focusing on high-value products and EMI-based options.
Clearly communicate plan features, pricing, and benefits while addressing customer questions and concerns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by ensuring a smooth onboarding process and effective follow-up.
Accurately record all interactions, lead statuses, and feedback in CRM tools.
Provide regular updates to the Team Leader on sales progress, challenges, and suggestions for improvement.
Stay updated on the latest offerings, including doctor consultations, chronic care, mental health services, and cost-saving plans.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound telesales, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or fintech.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and conversion targets.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English; knowledge of regional languages like Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, Gujarati, Marathi, or Kannada is an added advantage.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and skilled at handling objections.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
Quick learner with the ability to understand and adapt to evolving digital health services and offerings.
