We are looking for a Trademark & IPR Services Sales Executive to join our team at Trust Law Associates LLP. This role involves connecting with potential clients, understanding their intellectual property requirements, and assisting them with suitable Trademark, Copyright, Patent, and other IPR services.

The position offers a salary of ₹15,000 – ₹25,000, along with incentives and opportunities for career growth in a professional and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to understand their IPR requirements.

• Explain Trademark, Copyright, Patent, Design Registration, and other IPR services offered by the firm.

• Generate and follow up with leads to convert enquiries into clients.

• Understand client requirements and recommend the appropriate IPR service.

• Explain the registration process, documentation, timelines, and professional fees to prospective clients.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, client communication, and conversions.

• Coordinate with the legal and documentation team for smooth onboarding of clients.

• Follow up with existing leads and prospective clients until conversion.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.

• Maintain professional communication and build long-term client relationships.

• Handle client information and business data with strict confidentiality.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Experience: 0–2 years in telesales, telecalling, sales, or business development.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Comfortable speaking with clients over phone and WhatsApp.

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

• Basic understanding of Trademark/IPR services is preferred but not mandatory.

• Target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives
