Job Role:

We are hiring motivated and dedicated female candidates for the Tamil Voice Process role at

Kavasa Foundation. The role involves handling inbound and outbound voice calls in Tamil,

supporting client coordination and foundation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage customer communication in Tamil over voice calls

- Maintain call logs and accurate records

- Provide support for outreach and campaign efforts

- Deliver excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Excellent Tamil communication skills

- Basic computer knowledge

- Freshers and experienced candidates (0-3 years) can apply
