Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Female Telesales Executives to join our dynamic team at Shivakaar Educational Services Pvt. Ltd.

You will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and converting prospects into customers for our premium Interactive Flat Panel (Smart Board) solutions tailored for the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Make outbound calls to potential customers in the education sector.

·         Present and promote our Smart Board product effectively.

·         Generate qualified leads and follow up to ensure conversion.

·         Meet monthly sales targets and earn attractive incentives.

·         Maintain a database of client interactions and follow-ups.

·         Communicate professionally with school decision-makers and stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Gender: Female

Experience: 1 to 3 years in telesales or lead generation (preferably in EdTech or similar industry)

Skills:

·         Excellent communication and convincing skills

·         Strong lead generation and closing abilities

·         Target-oriented and self-motivated

Job Type: Full-time (Target-Based Role)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives (based on monthly targets)
