Conversion of customers who applied for a loan and downloaded the app but could not complete the loan process at any stage.

Customer conversion through the loan application process post V-KYC

Driving lead conversion after receiving customer data from the company

Requirements:

6 months to 2 years of experience in Sales / Tele-Sales / Customer Conversion / BFSI or any financial sales domain.

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Customer-handling and follow-up skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Graduate (hsc also considered)
