TKSA Services Pvt Ltd is a reputable Chartered Accountant and Law Firm providing a wide range of financial and business advisory services. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth.
Job Summary:
The Telesales Executive will be Lead Generation: responsible for generating leads, scheduling appointments, and driving revenue through effective communication and persuasive skills. This role involves both inbound and outbound calling to potential and existing clients. The role also requires the executive to attend client meetings for
Responsibilities: business purposes. This is a complete work-from-office position.
o Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce TKSA Services Pvt Ltd. and its services.
o Identify and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
o Maintain accurate records of all calls and lead information.
• Revenue Generation:
o Promote and explain the services offered by TKSA Services Pvt Ltd.
o Contribute to sales efforts by effectively conveying the value proposition.
o Attempt to close sales where possible.
• Customer Relationship Management:
o Handle inbound calls and address client inquiries professionally.
o Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.
o Maintain client databases.
• Client Meetings:
o Attend client meetings for business development and sales purposes.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in inbound or outbound calling.
• Proven convincing and persuasive skills.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Minimum 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
• Fluency in Hindi and Bengali is mandatory.
• Good English communication skills are preferred.
• Ability to work from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Fixed Sunday off.
• Must be able to work in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.
• Must be able to work from our office location.

Salary:
