💼 Role: Lead Champion

🚀 What You'll Do:

• Call potential customers (leads) within 24 hours – they’ve already seen the watches, just need a nudge!

• Follow up with charm and persistence (alternate days) if they don’t pick up.

• Update everything on Salesforce after the call – smooth and professional.

• Track and follow up with the store teams about your leads.

• Use our script + your communication magic to close the deal.

• Convince them with offers, features, and urgency – you’re the deal closer! 💥

👨‍💻 What You Need:

• Just one skill: Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

• Basic laptop skills and comfort with MS Excel & tools

• No sales experience? No problem – if you can talk, you can sell!

💰 Compensation:

• ₹22,000 CTC, 18,000 in-hand for Undergraduates

• ₹25,000- 28,000 CTC, 22,000–₹25,000 in-hand for Postgraduates

🗓 Work Schedule:

• 6 days a week

• 2 days WFH – Saturday & Sunday (chill and work from your couch!)

• 1 weekly off (fixed between Monday to Wednesday)

• Day shift only – no night calls, sleep well!
