NON TARGET & FIXED SALARY
Female Executive Voice and Non Voice Process
- Handle customer inquiries via live chat, WhatsApp, email, or CRM tools
- Engage prospects, understand requirements, and pitch products/services
- Convert leads into sales through effective chat communication
- Maintain accurate chat records and follow-ups in CRM
- Ensure quick response time and high customer satisfaction
- Follow up with interested leads via calls
