Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales leads through various methods, including tele calling, email campaigns, and networking.
Lead Nurturing: Cultivate relationships with potential customers to convert them into sales opportunities.
Prospecting Customers: Actively seek out and engage with new prospects.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
Repeat and Referral Business: Leverage existing customer relationships to bring in repeat and referral business.
Price Negotiation: Skill fully negotiate prices to close sales deals.
Customer Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with customers to manage track records and ensure satisfaction.
Daily Reporting: Prepare and present daily sales reports to management, detailing activities, progress, and areas for improvement.
Upselling, Cross-Selling, and Down-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and down-sell products/services to customers.
