Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales Executives to join our sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our services, and driving sales conversions over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote ONLINELR products and services.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Accurately record customer details and sales activities in CRM systems.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role (preferred).
Strong communication and persuasive skills in Hindi and Gujarati (English is a plus).
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
