• Conduct outbound telesales calls to promote insurance products.

• Explain product benefits and features clearly to potential customers.

• Follow up on leads and close sales effectively.

• Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Deliver excellent customer service.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or above

• Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in telesales or relevant field

• Age Limit: Up to 35 years

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹22,000 per month

• Work Shift: General (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

• PF / ESI: Yes

• Work From Home / Field Work: Not applicable
