· Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
· Generate business opportunities through telecalling, online platforms, references, and customer follow-ups.
· Promote and explain company products to customers professionally.
· Prepare quotations, follow-ups, negotiations, and order confirmations.
· Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
· Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, dispatch, and customer support.
· Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by management.
· Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and daily activity updates.
· Prepare and update MIS reports related to sales activities.
· Handle customer complaints or queries in a professional and timely manner.
· Follow up for payments and order status coordination whenever required.
