*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales over the phone.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers using a prepared sales script.

Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers via telephone.

Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints in a professional manner.

Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets and call quotas.

Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database (CRM).

Update and maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Collaborate with team members and share best practices.

*Requirements:*

Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

*Preferred Skills:*

Experience in industry-specific field, e.g., telecom, insurance, etc.

Familiarity with outbound call center environments.
