Job Title: Tele sales Executive (B2B – Industrial Services) (REMOTE)

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and confident Tele sales Executive to generate leads and convert potential clients for our compressor servicing and electrical/mechanical solutions. The role involves reaching out to industries, factories, and businesses to introduce our services and schedule meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential industrial clients (factories, workshops, companies)

• Introduce company services (compressor servicing, maintenance, electrical works)

• Generate and qualify leads

• Fix appointments for field/service team

• Follow up with existing and new clients

• Maintain call records and update customer database

• Share service offers and basic details via WhatsApp/Email

• Build long-term customer relationships

Requirements

• Good communication skills (Hindi, Marathi, basic English)

• Basic understanding of sales or willingness to learn

• Confidence in talking to business clients

• Ability to handle rejection and follow up regularly

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / WhatsApp communication

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in B2B sales / telesales

• Knowledge of industrial products or services

• Experience in calling from data lists / lead generation
