Team Recruitment & Management Responsibilities
Responsible for recruiting Field Sales Executives (FSEs) through telecalling, online platforms, and other sourcing methods, ensuring timely team building as per assigned targets.
Manage, guide, and monitor team performance, ensuring daily activity tracking, reporting, and achievement of sales and onboarding targets.
Motivate, train, and support the team to improve productivity, maintain discipline, and consistently achieve individual and team targets.
Telesales
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for online subscription plans, service packages, and products.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers, explain product/service offerings, and convert leads into paid subscribers.
• Build a strong understanding of all subscription plans, pricing, features, and benefits to confidently answer customer queries.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable plans/services to maximize sales conversions.
• Maintain high-quality communication and follow a structured sales pitch during calls.
• Follow up with interested leads, nurture prospects, and close sales within defined timelines.
• Manage CRM entries, update lead status, and maintain accurate call logs and customer records.
• Share daily reports of calls made, leads generated, follow-ups, and sales achieved (Google Sheet/Email before 8 PM daily).
• Handle objections professionally and use upselling/cross-selling techniques to increase revenue.
• Ensure customer satisfaction during the sales journey and provide clear information about purchase terms.
• Understand customer pain points and align solutions accordingly to improve conversion ratios.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales performance.
• Maintain professionalism, brand representation, and adherence to company sales guidelines.
• Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth lead flow and follow-up.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer behavior to improve sales strategy.
