• Make consistent follow-up calls using CRM

• Coordinate with internal teams for updates

• Support Director in business coordination tasks

• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or client support

• Fluent in Hindi (basic English is acceptable)

• Confident and disciplined in follow-up communication

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Web, email & CRM software
