Responsibilities:

·       Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell real estate properties.

·       Build and maintain a strong client database by following up on leads.

·       Identify client needs and provide suitable property solutions.

·       Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person property viewings.

·       Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.

·       Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

·       Keep up-to-date with the latest market trends and property developments.

·       Provide clients with accurate and detailed information about properties.

·       Handle client objections and close sales effectively.

·       Maintain detailed records of calls, client interactions, and sales activities.

Requirements:

·       Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in the real estate industry.

·       Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

·       Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

·       Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·       Basic knowledge of real estate markets and property sales.

·       Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

·       High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

·       Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, if necessary.
