Job Summary
The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries related to health insurance policies, assisting in policy purchase/renewal, and ensuring high-quality customer experience aligned with business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls related to health insurance inquiries
Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and pricing details
Assist customers in policy issuance, renewal, and endorsements
Resolve customer complaints within defined TAT
Maintain accurate records in system (CRM/insurance tools)
Meet productivity, quality, and sales/service targets (as applicable)
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: As per company norms ( up to 35)

Salary: As per company standards (15k CTC – 22K CTC)
