A Telesales Executive is a sales professional who generates revenue by reaching out to potential or existing customers over the phone. Unlike telemarketers, who primarily focus on generating interest or leads, telesales executives are responsible for the entire sales process, including closing deals and meeting specific sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Proactively reaching out to potential clients from a database to introduce products or services.
Delivering persuasive sales pitches, overcoming objections, and closing sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Building rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Responding to inbound calls from prospects, answering product-related questions, and resolving customer grievances.
Maintaining accurate records of all calls, customer interactions, and purchase orders in a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
