Job Description

Role Objective

The primary goal is to drive revenue by identifying potential customers, explaining the benefits of various credit card products, and converting leads into successful applications. You will act as the first point of contact for the bank’s digital or cold leads.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases to pitch credit card products.
Needs Analysis: Ask the right questions to understand a customer's lifestyle (travel, shopping, dining) and recommend the card that offers them the most value.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of interest rates, annual fees, reward points, and partner tie-ups (e.g., airport lounge access, cashback).
Documentation Support: Guide customers through the digital application process and coordinate the collection of required KYC (Know Your Customer) documents.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and call-volume KPIs.
Compliance: Ensure all communication adheres to banking regulations and data privacy protocols.
