Key Responsibilities
For Telecaller:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers/patients.
• Explain healthcare services such as diagnostics, consultations, health packages, or insurance.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
• Maintain records of conversations and update CRM.
Qualifications
• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any field.
• Previous experience in telecalling or healthcare sales preferred.
• Good communication in English and Hindi
• Familiarity with CRM tools and telecalling scripts.
• Ability to handle targets and pressure.
