Key Responsibilities:

Making Calls (Outbound)

​The core of the job is calling potential customers. This often involves "cold calling" (calling people who aren't expecting it) or calling "leads" (people who have shown interest).

​2. Explaining the Product

​You act as a bridge between the company and the customer. You need to explain what you are selling in a way that is easy to understand, focusing on how it helps the customer.

​3. Handling "No" (Overcoming Objections)

​Most people will say they are "too busy" or "not interested." A big part of the job is staying polite and finding ways to change their mind by highlighting the benefits of the product.

​4. Closing the Sale

​This is the main goal. You guide the customer to make a final decision, take their payment details or signatures, and complete the transaction.

​5. Meeting Targets

​Telesales is usually numbers-driven. You will have daily, weekly, or monthly goals for:

​How many calls you make.

​How many minutes you spend talking.

​How many sales you actually finish.

Job requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification 12th and experience 0 to 3 years. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
