Job Description: Telesales Executive (Tamil & Gujarati Voice Process)

Role Summary We are hiring a Telesales Executive with a minimum of 6 months of direct sales experience. This is a critical Tamil and Gujarati Voice Process role focused on converting customers who have successfully completed a 6-month free trial of our product into paid subscribers. Your primary objective is sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Conversion & Sales: Proactively contact existing customers whose 6-month product trial is ending.
Consultative Sales: Engage with customers to understand their satisfaction levels and effectively convince them to purchase a full subscription based on their positive trial experience.
Sales Outreach: Manage a high volume of outbound calls to meet aggressive daily and monthly conversion targets.
Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers in their native language to drive the sales process and handle objections effectively.
Communication: Conduct all primary sales discussions in Tamil or Gujarati.
Qualifications Experience:
MANDATORY minimum of 6 months in dedicated Telesales or Direct Sales. Experience in a high-volume voice process is a plus.
Education: Minimum 12th-grade education (HSC or equivalent).
Language Proficiency: Tamil or Gujarati: Mandatory fluency (speaking and understanding) is required.
Hindi/English: Ability to communicate in Hindi or English is necessary for internal reporting and coordination.
Skills: Strong persuasion skills, persistence, and a target-oriented mindset.
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
