📌 Job Title: Office Assistant – intern CSR Fundraising (Remote)

🔍 Job Overview

We are seeking a highly disciplined, result-oriented Office interns to support our CSR fundraising team. The candidate will be responsible for making professional outreach calls, sending structured emails, maintaining donor databases, and submitting an end-of-day report every single day.

This is a fully remote role but requires proactive follow-up and accountability.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Make 60–100 professional CSR outreach calls daily to companies, CSR heads, corporate foundations, and donor prospects.

• Send structured emails, proposals, and follow-ups to CSR departments.

• Maintain and update donor database/CRM with accurate information.

• Schedule meetings for the fundraising team with CSR decision-makers.

• Coordinate documentation required for CSR proposals.

• Track progress of leads and convert them into meetings.

• Prepare and submit a Daily Work Report (DWR) every day by 6 PM (mandatory).

• Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism.

🎯 What We Are Looking For

• Strong communication skills (English and Hindi).

• Highly result-oriented with a focus on daily targets.

• Comfortable making large volumes of calls.

• Ability to write clear and professional emails.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and consistent in follow-ups.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Knowledge of CSR / fundraising (preferred but not mandatory).

• Basic computer skills: MS Office, Google Sheets, Email drafting.

📊 Daily Reporting Requirement (Mandatory)

Candidate must send a Daily Work Report (DWR) including:

• Number of calls made

• Emails sent

• Leads generated

• Follow-ups done

• Next-day action plan

Failure to submit daily reports will be considered poor performance.
