Position: B2B Telesales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and motivated B2B Telesales Executive who can connect with business customers, generate leads, explain our products or services, and develop strong business relationships over the phone.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to potential business clients and companies.

2. Generate new B2B leads through cold calling and follow-ups.

3. Identify potential customers and understand their business requirements.

4. Explain company products, services, pricing, and benefits.

5. Build and maintain relationships with business clients.

6. Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales.

7. Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.

8. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

9. Maintain customer information, calling records, and sales reports.

10. Coordinate with the sales team to close business deals.
    

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication skills.

• Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers.

• Basic knowledge of B2B sales and telecalling.

• Convincing and negotiation skills.

• Customer relationship management.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email).

• Ability to achieve sales targets.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of calls made per day.

• Number of qualified leads generated.

• Follow-up conversion rate.

• Monthly sales target achievement.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Freshers can apply.

• Prior experience in telesales or B2B sales will be an advantage.

• Must be comfortable with outbound calling.
