Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and converting potential customers into opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a results-driven approach to support overall sales growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote company products.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information regarding product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Follow a structured calling process to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to drive conversions.
• Update and manage customer details, lead status, and call interactions in Zoho CRM.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and other sales documents as required.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the sales, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth post-sales support and timely delivery.
• Build strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in Tele sales, Inside Sales, or Telemarketing.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems. (Zoho CRM experience is an advantage.)
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive speaking skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with good interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls, manage leads efficiently, and work under targets.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
