Job Summary
We are seeking energetic, persuasive, and motivated individuals to join our team as Telesales Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our products/services, and converting leads into sales. This is an excellent opportunity for PUC or Graduates to start a career in the BPO/Sales industry, with training provided.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services.
Sales Closure: Persuade customers to purchase products/services, up-sell, or cross-sell to meet daily/monthly targets.
Lead Management: Handle inbound sales inquiries, follow up on leads, and manage the sales pipeline.
Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of company products/services to explain benefits and handle customer inquiries confidently.
Customer Relationship: Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions, conversations, and sales data in the CRM database.
Objection Handling: Handle customer rejection or objections with a positive and persistent attitude.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: PUC (12th Pass) or Any Graduate (BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, etc.).
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and [Insert Local Language - e.g., Hindi/Kannada].
Experience: Fresher (0-1 year experience in BPO, Telesales, or Telemarketing is a plus).
Skills:
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, data entry).
Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
