• Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information

• Make outbound calls for follow-ups and sales conversion

• Explain Ayurvedic products/services clearly to customers

• Maintain call records and update customer data in the system

• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally

• Follow company scripts, policies, and quality guidelines Requirements:

• Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass

• Experience: 1 to 5 years (Health & Wellness / Telecalling preferred)

• Good communication skills (Hindi/Basic English)
