Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain motor insurance products, policy features, and benefits.
Follow up on insurance renewal reminders and pending leads.
Generate and qualify sales leads.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
Address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with the sales and underwriting teams for policy issuance.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, insurance, or customer service is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Proficiency in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).
