Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our training programs. The candidate will be responsible for converting student enquiries into enrollments, maintaining strong communication with prospective students, and achieving monthly admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online leads.
Explain course details, career opportunities, and training benefits to prospective students.
Convert leads into admissions by providing proper counselling and follow-ups.
Maintain and update student lead data in CRM or tracking sheets.
Achieve monthly sales/enrollment targets set by the management.
Coordinate with the marketing and counselling team to improve lead conversion.
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested students and parents.
Support in promotional activities such as seminars, workshops, and education fairs.
Maintain professional relationships with students throughout the admission process.
Required Skills
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, Email).
Positive attitude and result-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Any Graduate / Diploma.
Experience in Education Sales / Training Institute / EdTech will be an added advantage.
