Job Title: Telecaller / Telesales Associate

Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telecaller / Telesales Associate to manage outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The candidate should have strong communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads.
Handle inbound customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information about company products and services.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain call records and update customer details in the system or CRM.
Follow up with interested prospects to convert them into sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns effectively.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures and updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in telecalling or telesales preferred (Freshers can also apply).
