🎯 About the Role:

We’re looking for an energetic and customer-focused Reactive Sales Executive to manage and convert inbound leads for birthday parties, corporate bookings, walk-in inquiries, and referral sales. You will be the first point of contact for guests and responsible for driving revenue by responding quickly, offering tailored packages, and ensuring smooth coordination between the sales and operations teams.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to all inbound calls, social media messages, website inquiries, and walk-ins

Convert leads into confirmed bookings (parties/events/corporate)

Maintain and update lead logs, CRM, and follow-up records daily

Offer package upgrades and cross-sell games, F&B add-ons, or service enhancements

Liaise with the banquet, restaurant, billing, and gaming teams for seamless guest experience

Submit daily and weekly sales reports with lead status and booking pipeline

Ensure zero miscommunication or guest dissatisfaction post-booking

🎯 Target-Driven Goals:

A quick respondent on leads.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Upsell of other products like F&B services and Games.

Maintain 90%+ guest satisfaction score post-event

Prior experience in hospitality, events, banquets, or QSR sales preferred

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Good at coordination, follow-ups, and guest handling

Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts
