Job Title: Telesales Executive Company: DataMites (EdTech) Experience: Fresher / Experienced Qualification: Graduate Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will connect with prospective learners, understand their interest in our courses, and qualify leads for the sales team. Key Responsibilities • Call the leads shared by the marketing team and initiate conversation. • Understand whether the learner is looking for any course or training program. • Categorize the lead as positive (interested) or negative (not interested). • Share all positive leads with the Quality Team for further evaluation. • Ensure proper communication flow between Quality and Sales teams. • Maintain call logs, lead status, and follow-up details. • Provide clear and polite communication to ensure a positive customer experience. Skills & Competencies • Good English communication skills (verbal). • Polite and professional way of speaking. • Active listening skills. • Ability to handle customer queries confidently. • Basic understanding of sales processes is an added advantage.
