Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, promoting products/services, and converting leads into customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to build rapport over the phone.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales.

  • Explain products/services, features, and benefits clearly to prospects.

  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.

  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.

  • Follow up on leads provided by the company and self-generate leads where possible.

  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships for repeat business.

  • Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

  • Adhere to company policies, processes, and sales scripts.


Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.

  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.

  • Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

  • Target-driven and self-motivated.

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

  • Fluency in [English / Hindi / local language as per need].
