We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, promoting products/services, and converting leads into customers. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales.
Explain products/services, features, and benefits clearly to prospects.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads provided by the company and self-generate leads where possible.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships for repeat business.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Adhere to company policies, processes, and sales scripts.
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
