Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound leads and inquiries received through IndiaMART.
Generate new business through cold calling and lead generation.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct follow-ups, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
Schedule and attend client meetings across Delhi NCR whenever required.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in B2B sales, IndiaMART lead handling, or telecalling is preferred.
Comfortable with cold calling and client meetings.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is an advantage.
Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR for client meetings when required.
