Job Title: Telesales Executive – General Insurance

Location: Hyderabad/ Banglore

Work Timing: General Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

Reports To: Telesales Team Leader / Sales Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executives to promote and sell general insurance products over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers

• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the team

• Follow up on leads and close insurance policy sales over the phone

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues with professionalism

Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in insurance telesales (health, motor, or life insurance)

• Age: Up to 35 years

• Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi, English, or regional languages

• Basic computer knowledge

• Target-driven and self-motivated

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹22,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

• Incentives based on performance

• Petrol allowance not provided
