TATA AIG is looking for energetic and persuasive Tele sales Executives to join its sales team. Your main responsibility will be to call prospective customers, explain relevant insurance products, handle objections, and close the sale effectively.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for insurance product promotion

• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate policy plans

• Address queries and objections confidently

• Maintain call logs, lead status, and sales reports

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred)

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in tele sales or insurance sales

• Language Requirement: Must be fluent in Hindi and English only

• Age Limit: Up to 35 years

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

• Incentives: Attractive performance-based monthly incentives

• Work Mode: Office-based job (no travel/petrol allowance)

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (General shift)
