📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell TATA AIG insurance products.

• Follow up on leads and maintain customer database.

• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate insurance solutions.

• Explain policy features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Maintain call quality standards and follow compliance guidelines.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 months of experience in telesales, preferably in insurance or financial products.

• Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (Hindi/Telugu/Kannada as applicable).

• Ability to handle rejection and remain confident in stressful situations.

• Basic computer knowledge – MS Office, CRM systems.

• Strong sales orientation and target-driven approach.
